Nikki, a 30 year old mother of two recently and unexpectedly lost her husband. She has a nine year old son with autism and a two year old daughter.
Nikki’s seizures returned after her husband died. She can’t legally drive with her condition. On top of that, she was diagnosed with cancer. COVID-19 and her seizures have delayed cancer treatments.
Despite all of Nikki’s trials, she is an optimistic, caring young woman who remains hopeful. Our child abuse prevention program, Exchange Club Family Center (ECFC) has supported her through the pandemic emotionally and practically. ECFC supplied Christmas presents, rental assistance, and with practical needs such as diapers and medical assistance. Nikki trusts ECFC for moral support when she is feeling overwhelmed.
Our dedicated team members have built trust with Nikki and are there to support her in all seasons of life. With your financial support, Family Service can continue to provide life transforming programs which strengthen families.
Would you consider giving a gift this holiday season? Or you can join our monthly giving program and you can sponsor a family in need for $25/month.
