Foxwynd Foundation Awards $25,000 Grant to Expand Mental Health Counseling at Family Service of Chester County

West Chester, PA – Family Service of Chester County is proud to announce that it has been awarded a generous $25,000 grant from the Foxwynd Foundation to support the expansion of its mental health counseling services for low-income individuals and families in Chester County. This significant contribution will enable Family Service to provide an additional 500 to 600 counseling sessions, offered through both telehealth and in-person formats, ensuring greater access to vital mental health support for those in need. The Foxwynd Foundation DAF funded the Foxwynd Foundation’s generous donation to Family Service of Chester County.

With the Foxwynd Foundation's support, Family Service aims to launch a matching grant campaign that will inspire contributions from its current donor base and the broader community. This matching fund will help not only increase the capacity of counseling services but also promote awareness about the importance of mental health care in building a compassionate and resilient community.
